Failed to run InfiPoints with a commuter license.

You will fail to run InfiPoints if you have not run "lsinit.exe".

If not yet, return the license, run "lsinit.exe", and then check out the license. For the instructions, please refer to "Sentinel RMS License Manager Guide on Commuter Licensing" (LicenseServer_CommuterGuide_en.pdf) downloaded from the InfiPoints Customer Page, and the video on commuter licensing.

Failed to check out the license with "Error=3".

You will fail to check out the license if the version does not match between the license server "Sentinel RMS License Manager" and the commuter licensing program "WCommute.exe".

Match the version between them, and then check out the license. Please contact your sales agent to obtain the license server "Sentinel RMS License Manager" and the commuter licensing program "WCommute.exe".

I'd like to know what license features to check out.

The following two license features are mandatory to run InfiPoints.

• IFP-STD-BASE
• IFP-STD-Ver2

When checking out the license, please ensure to check out the license features whose labels end with "-BASE" and "-Ver2" in combination. Also, check out the option license features according to your needs.
E.g.,

• To import/export IGES: IFP-IGSS-BASE, IFP-IGSS-Ver2
• To import/export STEP: IFP-STES-BASE, IFP-STES-Ver2
